On the Other side
It is tough to see young ones grow up; you always thought that you could protect them with your decisions , but these get challenged once the tender ones grow to make their own. No matter how good you might think your decision might be, there are a few things which you can never explain "logically", as they are more to do with the heart than "intelligent" reasoning. My first tryst with such an experience has left me a little drained with a sense of futility that makes you realize that, which your parents felt when YOU questioned their decisions. Thanks to God, these questions that I put across, lead me into the 'right' path. I now realize the sense of anxiousness & desparity they would have felt when I took my first steps into "MY OWN" Life!!!Life indeed is not without a sense of irony & mockery!!! :-)
Worthy were the quetions I asked,
To move out of my Haven,
Worthy were the steps I took later on,
A sense of Irony and Anxiousnes I feel
As I see them Thrown back at me

Well said buddy. As the mind matures, it begins to ask questions on why certain decisions were taken. The logical resoning kicks into their mind and they do not accept things without a logical reason. Guess thats why human beings are still the smartest in the planet !!!!!!
Ah, u r getting the tune! Guess here the concept of "Personal Space" comes into the picture which Preetha taught us! ;-)
